Landlord Certificates Ltd was officially incorporated in Feb 2012. We provide landlords, agencies and home owners access to qualified, competent engineers to carry out inspections on their property. With over 40 engineers working with us, we are able to issue a wide range of safety certificates for landlords to meet legal requirements prior to letting.

We cover all of London and M25 areas. Our head office is based in Chingford, and have been operating for over 11 years.

Since 2012 we have established a large client base, so are able to provide services at below average market prices.

All our engineers and customer service staff are cherry picked to give you a quality, professional, efficient service.

We are continuously training staff, developing new systems and processes to ensure our clients get the best experience inline with current trends.
