A homeowner in SW2 was delighted with the Gas Safety Inspection she received today. Purchasing a home can be a life time financial commitiement, and it is wise to be vigilent. Most home owners purchasing a property usually take a home buyers survey, however this does not include a full gas and electrical inspection. Landlord Certificates recommends that a gas and electrical inspection is carried before contracts are exchanged, as you would be surpised how many homes in London could be considered  unsafe.
