Gas Valve Change : Gas Certificate – Passed

Last week, we attended a property to do a gas certificate and unfortunately the boiler did not pass it's emission test. This means the amount of co e-missions released was at high / dangerous levels.

The boiler had to be isolated as it was classed as immediately dangerous. We managed to identify the issue and it was due to a faulty gas valve.

We went out today - yes a 'Sunday' to change the Gas Valve and the emissions are now at an acceptable level and have issued a pass. Well done Tim Wang, - another excellent Job done.
