Gas Certficate in KT1

One of our engineers had to inform a tenant and landlord that the Gas Inspection failed due to a new regulation introduced in January 2013 'Flue in Void'. They were happy with the information and knowing that precautions have been taken to make them safe. They were not happy that this should of been flagged last year by another company they used.
