Full boiler service in HA3

Yesterday we changed the graphite seal on a Vailllant Boiler. The engineer noticed burn marks during the primilary boiler service, and said it was complusory to change the graphite seal due to a risk of Co leakage. Also he noticed the graphite seal was changed 6 years ago. A seal should really be changed every 2 years.
