A highly stressed and frantic customer called us yesterday about one of their rental properties. One of their tenants called the landlord that they had no hot water and heating and thinking of staying at a hotel and charging him. We quickly sent one of our engineers to diagnose the fault on the same day, and ordered the parts required for today. The engineer successful installed a new divertor valve, filling loop and pressure release valve.
