Boiler Install : Hot Water on Tap

An estate agent who uses us for gas safety certificate inspections asked us to carry out a boiler install for one of their clients in Dartford.

Their client had an old system boiler, and wanted to change it to a combi-system boiler which would provide instant hot water on the go and also wanted to free up space.

The system change involved removing the hot water cylinder, water tank and also changing the pipework. We also installed a Magna Clean and wireless thermostat, to ensure the installation meet Gas Safe and the Warranty requirements. As part of our after sales package a 5 year warranty and 2 free annual gas safety certificates was issued.
